As the front-line support personnel, you must have good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of Domains, Websites, and Web Hosting. Ability to work with various support & administration software platform. You must be able to learn and adapt.
You must have a solid understanding of Websites, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and knowledge of popular CMS platforms such as Joomla, Wordpress & Open Cart. Basic PHP and MySQL skills will be a plus. Learning capability, Typing speed and accuracy is important.
