As the front-line support personnel, you must have good written and verbal communication skill. Basic understanding of Domains, Websites and Web Hosting. Ability to work with various support & administration software platform.
You must a be able to learn and adapt.
Web Design and Web Administration

Basic Server Administration & Management
You must be knowledgeable in Server Operating Systems (Linux and Windows). Familiar with Hosting related services such as Web Server
(IIS and Apache), FTP Server, Email Server, MySQL Server, SQL Server, SSH, WHM,
Alpha Net's infrastructure includes both Linux and Windows Platform. You will be working with the latest web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, responsive, mobile friendly design. PHP & MySQL, Joomla, Wordpress etc. Our advanced projects also involve working with ASP.NET & MVC Framework. Basic Photoshop and Graphic Design skill will be a plus.
